DIY: Anti-Aging Frozen Organic Eye Patches

Tis the season! But that's no excuse to neglect your skin...

The Holidays can be very stressful on your face! From all that make up to look glammed out at parties, all the food, and all that harsh cold weather... Show your under eye area some love with this easy DIY I've prepared! And remember, the first and most important step in fighting wrinkles is prevention! So, if you're in your twenties and you're thinking you don't need to be worrying about wrinkles right now, don't kid yourself...

Better be safe than sorry!
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

1 teaspoon of Coconut Oil

1 teaspoon of Aloe Vera Gel
1 capsule of Omega 3 Oil
A few drops of Flax Seed Oil
Cotton Eye Pad cut in half
Something to mix in
Something to mix with
Optional: Rose Water

The last step in this preparation phase is to pop these into the freezer for about 10-15 minutes! After that, you're ready to apply the patches underneath your eyes. The optional step is to spritz them with some rose water before you apply. I did this because my fridge smells like cabbage (haha) and I didn't want to keep smelling that on my face! You should keep these on for about 20 minutes.

As soon as you take these off, your under eye area should look brighter, feel refreshed and moisturized! DO NOT RINSE OFF THE RESIDUE! Instead, just gently pat it into your skin with a clean cotton pad and apply your usual eye cream to the area. Do this once a week and your skin will thank you!
